Winsor is a happy and vibrant school located in Beckton, East London. We are a dynamic and supportive school, providing children aged 3 to 11 with a robust and rigorous education. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our school. You will be a valued member of a hardworking and friendly support team, and will contribute to our aim of providing quality education in a safe environment. You will also play a significant role in maintaining our calm and productive learning environment to ensure all our children access purposeful and exciting learning.

At Winsor Primary School we work closely with graduates interested in joining the teaching profession through year-long School Direct (salaried and non-salaried) and PGCE teacher training courses run by East London Alliance SCITT based at Tollgate Primary School.
As a trainee teacher you will have access to invaluable school and classroom practice that will equip you with the knowledge, skills and experience you will need to become an excellent classroom teacher.
During your time with us, you will be supported by course tutors as well as in-school mentors in order to ensure that you feel confident, well-informed and supported in your teaching practice.
Upon qualifying, you will be in the best possible place to start your career as a teacher with us.
